We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator eager to learn and who enjoys a fast paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately auditing payroll time capturing data in system software
  • Accurately inputting employee and client information
  • Running reports/audits and following up for corrective action
  • Communicating with managers, owners and team members.
  • Stay updated with state and federal regulations
  • Provide verbal and written employment verification requests and assist employees with payroll issues
  • Identifies ways to improve processes and efficiency; is open to communicating ideas for change

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrates capability in working with repetitive tasks
  • Being adaptable to system and processing updates/changes
  • Time and priority management to complete weekly tasks accurately to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Working cohesively with team
  • Able to work under pressure at times and put in extra time when needed
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the department and company
  • Organized and highly motivated
